The act of bullying in Higher Education Institutes HEI,s is considered a neglected topic. objective this study was to analyze the impact employee voice, innovate climate, workplace on turnover intentions. Organizational justice deemed be mediator while organizational climate moderator. Data collected from employees top universities southern Punjab with usable sample size 289 respondents, both male and female. An online questionnaire by adopting simple random sampling developed consultation experts cover objectives study. data analyzed through SPSS Smart PLS. results attained revealed innovative as major driving forces turn-over intention. Moreover, perceived does not mediate relationship between bullying, voice Intention.
